Oaklands Global are searching for a highly motivated National AOC Safety & Compliance Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a pivotal role for anyone passionate about aviation safety and ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- A champion for safety, leading continuous improvement initiatives within the National AOC.
- An air compliance guru, overseeing and monitoring a range of critical areas.
- A data whiz, analysing trends and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- A collaborator, fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
- A global citizen, demonstrating cultural awareness when dealing with compliance across regions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in aviation compliance.
- A deep understanding of ISO, CAA, and EASA regulations.
- Experience in auditing, investigation, and data analysis.
- Leadership experience and a commitment to developing others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
